S690QL Plate Description
690QL steel plate is a quenched and tempered high-strength structural steel plate produced in accordance with European standard EN 10025-6,with a minimum yield strength of 690MPa. has high strength and good toughness,excellent tensile strength, elongation and low-temperature impact properties after quenching (rapid cooling) and tempering (slow cooling after heating) heat treatment processes.
Grade designation of S690QL
S = Structural Steel
690 = minimum yield strength (MPa)
Q = Quenching & Tempering
L = Low notch toughness testing temperature
